AGS has proudly served Vancouver Island since 1976. AGS prides itself as being 100% locally Island owned and operated, and can be relied upon and trusted for all your business decisions. Our head office is located in central Vancouver Island, Parksville, B.C. In Nanaimo (the business hub of Vancouver Island) we recently opened an exclusive Ricoh only Sales & Service Center complete with a large showroom of the latest Ricoh products available. We now also have an office in Courtenay!

AGS started in the stationery business, quickly grew to 7 locations, and later expanded into office equipment sales and service. Focused on broadening these new sales and service divisions, AGS sold off its stationery division in the late 1980’s. In 1992, its present owners purchased the company. Since then AGS has more than quadrupled its annual sales.

Today, AGS is a very fast-paced company. Through many long-term partners like RICOH and ELCO Systems, AGS offers many best-in-their-class products. We are Ricoh Canada’s largest & oldest sales/service dealer on Vancouver Island offering Ricoh’s full line of digital multi-function machines, printers and document solutions.

AGS’s Service department consists of 10 fully trained computer/network & digital copier/printer technicians providing unparalleled service. AGS is the largest retailer of computers in mid Vancouver Island; local service and support comes with every AGS PC. Our networking team is one of the finest in the industry, supporting anything from stand-alone installations to multi-networked offices.
